The dept is comprised of 20 dedicated Volunteers that answer in the area of 40-50 alarms a year and train on a weekly basis.The services we offer are Fire Suppression, First Responder Medical, and Auto Extrication. Community Chairman Ronnie MacInnis officially turns over the keys to the new pumper to the Fire Chief Dave Rossiter. The Pumper has a 1250 igpm Hale Pump, 900 Imperial Gallon Poly Tank, Foam Pro system, Top Mount Pump Panel, Ladder Rack, and Elkhart Deluge Gun. The Bill (various names and numbers) the first time was voted down by the Federal Government, second time fell victim to a Federal Election, and most recently was killed in Committee under Report 19 a week before the last Federal Election.
